This Privacy Policy describes how Distributed Financial Technologies S.A.R.L collects, uses, stores, and protects users' personal data on the BEDOO application, in accordance with Law No. L/2016/037/AN on personal data protection in the Republic of Guinea, ECOWAS standards, and the OHADA framework.

Personal information: name, surname, email address, phone number;
Transaction data: amounts, crypto addresses, services used;
Technical data: IP address, browser, operating system.

3. Use of Collected Data

To provide platform services;
To verify user identity (KYC);
To comply with legal obligations (AML/CFT) and prevent fraud;
To improve user experience and ensure system security.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Explicit consent of the user;
Applicable legal obligations;
Execution of the contract between the user and BEDOO.

Acceptance of this policy is required to access the platform. Users may withdraw their consent at any time, which may restrict access to certain services.
