BEDOO – Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "ToU") govern access to and use of the web application app.bedoopay.com, developed by DISTRIBUTED FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES S.A.R.L (hereinafter “BEDOO”), a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Guinea, registered under RCCM No. GN.TCC.2025.09045, with its registered office located in Sangoyah Marché.

By accessing the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these ToU.

2. Description of Services

Create a digital asset (cryptocurrency) wallet and retain control of their private keys;
Manage a digital wallet;
Send and/or receive digital assets to recipient addresses, over which BEDOO has no access or control;
Spend digital assets (BTC, USDT, etc.) on utility services including mobile top-ups, internet bundles, shopping vouchers, bill payments, and other future services;
Convert digital assets (BTC, USDT, etc.) into cash sent to mobile money wallets. This service is provided by third-party partners disclosed during each transaction and duly authorized to operate in the Republic of Guinea;
View their transaction history;
Check the real-time exchange rate of supported assets within the BEDOO platform.

3. Registration Requirements

Be at least 18 years old;
Provide a valid email address and phone number;
Accept the Privacy Policy and the AML/CFT Policy;
Comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

4. Terms of Use

Not use the platform for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to money laundering or terrorist financing;
Secure their login credentials and private keys;
Provide accurate information during registration;
Comply with applicable laws of the Republic of Guinea;
Abide by the terms of use of BEDOO and refrain from any action that may harm the platform.

5. BEDOO’s Responsibilities

BEDOO provides access to a secure platform but does not store or manage users’ digital assets;
BEDOO shall not be held responsible for losses resulting from user negligence (e.g., loss of private keys, wrong recipient address);
BEDOO may suspend or close an account in case of violation of these ToU or if there is suspicion of illicit activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is.” BEDOO makes no guarantees regarding the absence of technical errors or service interruptions. BEDOO’s liability is strictly limited to direct damages and excludes any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (texts, interfaces, logos, code) is protected under copyright law and is the exclusive property of BEDOO or its partners.

8. Suspension and Termination

Violation of these ToU;
Request by a judicial or administrative authority;
Platform maintenance or service modifications.

9. Changes to the Terms of Use

BEDOO reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly review the ToU.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These ToU are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guinea, in accordance with OHADA law. Any dispute relating to the execution or interpretation of these ToU shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Conakry.
